Country music legend Billy Ray Cyrus’ emergency plea to stop his divorced wife Firerose from using his credit cards was approved by a Tennessee judge.
Firerose is not allowed to make any more charges on Cyrus’ cards, according to the July 10 court ruling, which also states that she has no legal justification for being in possession of them.
According to Page Six, the decision, which was made during a hearing on July 1, also mandates that both parties exchange financial statements by July 11 and participate in good faith mediation by August 31.
This ruling comes after Cyrus, 62, requested a temporary restraining order to prevent Firerose, 37, from using his credit cards and accounts for personal and business purposes without authorization. Cyrus claims that since Firerose filed for divorce on May 23, he has already spent $96,000.

Firerose refuted the motion’s emergency status and refuted the claims of unapproved charges. She contended that up until the divorce is official, she ought to be permitted to keep the marriage in its current state.
After only seven months of marriage, the couple filed for divorce in May. They have a tumultuous divorce, with both parties accusing the other of abuse. Cyrus says he has received comparable treatment, but Firerose has accused him of verbal, emotional, and psychological assault. Furthermore, Cyrus charges Firerose of severing his ties to his family and limiting his contact with one of his daughters.
In response to her estranged husband’s accusations, Firerose claimed that Cyrus had stringent regulations and isolated her on a regular basis. “I didn’t own a vehicle,” she said to Page Six. “I was only permitted to get my nails done once a month at the neighborhood chiropractor.”
She also claimed Cyrus forbade her from receiving visits from family and friends, insisting she read any emails or texts she got out loud to get his approval. Firerose said that because of the “systematic isolation,” she “couldn’t find the courage to leave.”

Firerose refuted the allegations of irreconcilable differences and inappropriate marital conduct included in Cyrus’s divorce application. The vocalist of Achy Breaky Heart also requested an annulment due to fraud.
According to the court records, “American Express was notified upon learning of the fraudulent use of Mr. Cyrus’ business American Express Card, and the thirty-seven unauthorized charges are being disputed as fraudulent charges.”
The country music star’s close friends and family have hinted that the marriage was not what Cyrus thought it was. He thinks she married for motives other than love, an insider told People. He thinks the reason she married him was so he could support her financially. They’ve had financial drama and trust concerns. She is not welcome in his life.
