Gordon Ramsay shares important message after potentially fatal accident

Gordon Ramsay is grateful to be alive and attributes his survival to the helmet, which he claims saved his life, as well as the medical professionals, nurses, and staff at a hospital in Connecticut.

The famous chef told his admirers a terrifying story on social media over the Father’s Day weekend. Ramsay was still rattled up a week after the collision.

“I was riding my bike in Connecticut this week when I had a really bad accident,” he wrote. “I’m okay, and I didn’t break any bones or sustain any serious injuries, but I look like a purple potato with some bruises.”

A passionate cyclist, Ramsay emphasized why it is “crucial” to wear a helmet regardless of how “short the journey is” or how expensive they are.

“I’m fortunate to be in this position. I’m hurting. As he removed his shirt to show a huge bruise, Ramsay remarked, “I’m kind of getting through it. It’s been a brutal week.”

The Hell’s Kitchen star also shared pictures of his accident before and after.

I’m quite happy that Gordon Ramsay is doing well. Seeing his bruise and the damage from his helmet serves as a great reminder of how crucial it is to always wear a helmet!
