While there have been several amazing performances on America’s Got Talent season 17, the judges and audience were particularly moved by the uncle and niece’s performance.
To the Diana Ross and The Supremes song “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” JoJo and Bri performed with emotion.
As a member of the vocal trio “Resound,” who had a significant influence on “America’s Got Talent” due to their powerful voices and modest demeanors, Jojo made his AGT debut two years ago.
During their audition, “Resound” sang “What the World Needs Now Is Love.” They advanced to the live events but were eliminated in the quarterfinals.
Jojo and his young niece Bri have returned to the talent competition. Although the uncle and niece have been singing on the internet for a while, this is their first public performance.
“Not to give up” was Jojo’s response when Simon Cowell asked him what he took away most from his debut on America’s Got Talent.
“My dream is to make the world smile and a better place,” Bri told the judges, expressing both her enthusiasm and her fear about taking the stage for the first time. “I would like to give back to charity,” she responded when asked what she would do with $1 million.
An energetic, passionate, and joyful performance is delivered by Jojo and Bri. The audience is compelled to join in and dance.
Heidi Klum thinks they “look perfect together and sound even better,” while Judge Sofia Vergara thinks they’ve “been doing this forever.”
They seemed to most excite Judge Simon Cowell, who said, “To me, that was the definition of joy and magic.” “Your legacy will endure,” says Judge Howie Mandel.
The talented combination is deserving of moving on to the next round, according to all four judges.
