The arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs, Justin Bieber’s old mentor, has reportedly affected him, and he finds it difficult to trust those in his inner circle.
The pop icon has reportedly stepped back from the spotlight in the aftermath of Diddy’s recent scandal, according to RadarOnline. After Diddy’s arrest, a number of videos of Bieber as a teenager went viral online, sparking a variety of rumors and conjecture.

As reported by the Los Angeles Times, on October 1st, a new round of lawsuits was declared, in which over a hundred plaintiffs claimed that Diddy had sexually abused and exploited them.
Following Diddy’s arrest, rumors have surfaced connecting several celebrities to the now-famous “Freak Off” parties he used to host. Furthermore, it seems that there are now again direct connections between Diddy and Justin Bieber, who is said to have only been 15 years old when they first met.
In a concerning assertion, Bieber—who is currently 30 years old—is said to be “haunted” by his past, per RadarOnline.
Fans recently voiced concerns after Bieber seemed worn out and skinny while heading out to supper with his wife Hailey. According to RadarOnline, it happened about the same time that vintage videos of Bieber and Diddy became public.
Diddy stated in one of the disputed videos that he spent “48 hours” with Bieber when he was only fifteen years old.

According to reports, Bieber’s relationship with Diddy might be hurting the Baby singer. A longtime team member of Bieber’s allegedly commented to PageSix, “Do I think he was involved in some foolish s—? Yes.
He was in his teens. He was the world’s most famous pop star. We were all concerned about him since we didn’t know if he would make it through.
“He was exploited in everything he did.”
“Justin’s done some really crazy stuff and he’s alienated the people around him,” said a second insider. He has no faith in them.
Judges have twice denied Diddy bail since his arrest, citing concerns that Combs would coerce witnesses.
