When it comes to winning over the general public, Will Ferrell is pretty much unstoppable. The acclaimed actor and exceptionally talented comic from Step Brothers is adept at entertaining large audiences.
However, we can honestly state that DJing at a fraternity party was not at all what we expected to see him doing.
That is, until the 56-year-old recently took charge of the Sigma Alpha Mu house at the University of Southern California.
Yes, you read correctly. Ferrell was seen sporting a USC Trojans jacket and a backward cap. Ferrell is undoubtedly one of the top actors in the world and could fetch a high fee if he ever made a cameo appearance at someone’s party.
The actor was reportedly DJing at a pregame party on Sunday before USC’s NCAA football game against the Arizona Wildcats, which USC won 43-41.

Ferrell can be seen performing the 2011 mega hit N****s in Paris on the decks in a video that has been posted online. That’s notable in and of itself because Kayne West and Jay-Z sampled the actor for the song.
The star’s statement, “No one knows what it means but it’s provocative…gets the people going,” was included in the finished version and has since come to be associated with the song.
Well, let’s get back to Ferrell DJing at a college party, leaving open the question of why he was there in the first place.

According to internet rumors, it probably has something to do with the fact that Magnus, his oldest son, is a current USC student.
It’s possible that fans recall Will’s 2017 graduating speech from the college. Ferrell declared after being awarded an honorary doctorate:
There were numerous occasions when I would have only $20 in my checking account and sat down to a dinner of spaghetti covered with mustard in my L.A. apartment.
I felt terrified. You’re terrified all the time. I’m still terrified.
However, my dread of failing was never as great as my fear of what might happen. What if I didn’t even try?
