Alejandra Silva, 41, and Richard Gere, 74, met in 2014 at her family’s Positano hotel while they were going through divorces. They were 33 years apart, yet they hit it off right away. Silva was won over by Gere’s amorous actions, such as writing songs and bringing flowers. In April 2018, they tied the knot in a Buddhist ceremony at Gere’s New York ranch. The two sons of the couple were born in 2020 and 2019. Silva has complimented Gere’s personality and enthusiasm, and Gere says he is the happiest guy alive because he is married to a kind, wise, and caring woman.
