Kurt Russell has a fatal flesh-eating disease, according to The Globe.
The 65-year-old actor from “Hateful Eight” is said to have unattractive sores beneath his lower lip, which are thought to be caused by Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS), which is connected to intestinal cancer.
“The lifetime risk of cancer in those with PJS may be as high as 93 percent,” claims Cancer.Net.
Dr. Stuart Fischer, who does not treat Kurt, claims that the sores are “precancerous lesions that can become aggressive and dangerous if not treated immediately and properly.”
Immunologist Dr. Gabe Mirkin, a Maryland native, agrees that Kurt “needs immediate tests” and believes PJS may be the cause of the lesions. He must immediately begin therapy.
Additionally, according to The Globe, Kurt and his 71-year-old longtime companion Goldie Hawn got into a fight lately.
In October, Kurt was supposed to be honored at Oklahoma City’s Hall of Great Western Performers. His name is already on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Kurt, though, is unable to travel because of a “surprise medical issue.”
The actor claimed that his doctor had advised him that he had to have surgery immediately. According to the Oklahoman, he will have hip surgery.
“My doctors say it needs to happen in September, but I thought it could wait.” Russell expressed his gratitude to the museum for delaying our honor so he could take the beautiful prize, despite his wish to be there this year.
