Call me Bella. She is an 11-year-old girl from the everyday world with the unusual diagnosis of Morquio syndrome. To put it succinctly, Bella’s condition implies that her mobility is declining with time and that she will never be able to regain it.
Her family was told exactly what would happen a few years ago: eventually, their daughter won’t be able to walk about on her own.
However, the family remained optimistic.
That’s when George entered the scene. and Bella’s life was never the same.
Bella and George have a close friendship. As her assistance dog, he helps her walk so she can go anywhere she wants to. He has a harness with the words “service dog” and “do not pet” on it.
George has practically become Bella’s lifelong companion as a result of his work; the two are like a team.
Bella made the decision to take a brief break from her devoted friend one day. Given all that he gives her, she felt compelled to return the favor.
Bella’s family got in touch with BarkPost, a well-known website that hosts events known as “Dog’s Best Days.” Following Bella’s account, the gang offered to make George’s day the finest ever.
Bella had a ton of exciting activities planned for the two of them to enjoy. They had burgers and played in the snow, exactly like George loves to do, because she wanted to let him know how much she appreciates everything he does.
Bella is able to move around without the use of a wheelchair because of George. She enjoys the freedom this offers her, and she has made a new best friend in George.
Here is the video that shows you what happened on George’s “Dog’s Best Day.”
Bella puts it best when she says of George, “He’s always happy and joyful, and he’s always there to cheer you up.” My best friend is him.
