Mom leaves one empty seat for dead son at her wedding – breaks down when she sees who interrupts ceremony

Weddings are unique events that should always be filled with pleasure and love. Regrettably, the tragic passing of Becky Turner’s son also marred her special day.

She didn’t want to let her life entirely fall apart, so she did everything in her power to ensure that her marriage to the man of her dreams went as smoothly as possible.

Everything seemed to be going according to plan for the day. That is, until a certain stranger showed up, at which point things abruptly changed.

Her 19-year-old son Triston died from an accidental gunshot wound. The adolescent donated his organs, allowing others to live the life he was unable to.

After a protracted time of severe mourning, Becky and Kelly were set to marry in Alaska.

With a note that will only make your heart ache more, Becky left her kid a seat. Even though he wasn’t there in person, Becky couldn’t possibly enjoy her big day without giving him a tribute.

With Becky and Kelly expected to exchange vows on time, the ceremony appeared to be proceeding as planned.

Then, right before Becky and Kelly were about to be pronounced husband and wife, the wedding was called off.

Unbeknownst to Becky, Kelly had been withholding from her for a few months a startling secret that would have brought tears to the eyes of every guest at the wedding.

The 21-year-old Jacob Kilby appeared, and Becky instantly knew who he was. After his death, Triston’s organs were given to people in need.

Jacob was one of them; he had driven 480 miles to be at the event and receive Triston’s heart.

In the months leading up to the wedding, Kelly had gotten in touch with the man and asked him to come.

In addition, Becky used a stethoscope to listen for her deceased son’s heartbeat in Jacob’s chest.

For the first time since the terrible accident, Becky heard her darling son’s heart, and it profoundly affected her special day.

Through Jacob, Triston’s legacy will go on.

It goes without saying that few persons in the vicinity had dry eyes as a result of Jacob’s appearance.

While it is evident that there is nothing that can be done to bring Triston back, Becky may at least go back on her wedding day and know that both a material and a spiritual part of him was there.

I don’t know about you, but we both started crying when we read about this.
