Especially to one of her own songs, watching Britney Spears dance is always fun! The 41-year-old pop artist uploaded a video to Instagram on February 23 showing herself dancing at home to her song “The Hook Up” from 2003.
Britney performed in front of her 41 million Instagram followers while sporting a pretty little black dress and matching heels. The Grammy Award winner let her blonde hair down for the entertaining dance session.
The smash song “The Hook Up” from Britney’s 2003 album In the Zone was “never released as a single but it was always my fave,” she wrote in her description.
On Britney’s fourth studio album, which also featured the hits “Toxic,” “Me Against the Music,” and “Everytime,” the song was one of 13 total.
In order to stop her admirers from commenting on the dancing session, Britney blocked comments on her video. The “Hold Me Closer” singer used Instagram frequently, and some of her online activity has admirers concerned for Britney’s wellbeing.
In January, fans went so far as to phone the police to check on Britney at her California home, but after they reported that they “did not believe she was in any type of harm or danger,” the singer’s fans reportedly went on to blame her for being in danger.
The mother of two directly addressed her supporters about the situation.
In a lengthy statement, Britney said, “I love and adore my fans, but things went a little too far this time, and my privacy was invaded. “As everyone is aware, the police were called to my house owing to some hoax phone calls.
